Terms of Service

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at agentlight.io/legal/terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

AgentLight provides AI-powered automation agents that help development teams generate and refactor code, create unit and integration tests, and perform automated code reviews.

We maintain a 99.5% uptime SLA for paying customers. However, AgentLight is provided "as-is" and we do not guarantee specific output quality, absence of bugs in generated code, passing tests on first run, or complete security coverage.

• You remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated code before deployment
• Testing thoroughly before any production release
• Maintaining your own security and compliance standards
• Following your organization's code review process

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AgentLight for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain full ownership of all code, tests, and documentation generated through AgentLight. We do not claim ownership over user-generated content. AgentLight's software, algorithms, models, and interface design remain our exclusive property.

You may not reverse engineer or extract our AI models, re-sell or redistribute AgentLight, use it to build a competing product, or sublicense the Service to third parties.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, all activity under your account, notifying us of unauthorized access, and complying with all applicable laws.

You agree not to use AgentLight for illegal activity, to generate malware or exploit tools, to infringe intellectual property, to process real personal data or secrets through generated code, or to abuse rate limits and spam our infrastructure. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited uses.

Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted; taxes may apply based on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You must provide at least 30 days' written notice before cancellation to avoid the next renewal charge.

• Free trial (7 days): full refund if cancelled within the trial window
• Monthly subscription: no refunds for partial months
• Annual subscription: no refunds after the first 30 days

We collect account information, code and files you upload, GitHub integration data, and usage analytics in order to provide and improve the Service. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

AGENTLIGHT IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that generated code will be error-free, that output will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

In no event shall AgentLight's total liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentLight and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of intellectual property, code you generate or deploy, or breach of applicable law.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Access ends immediately; you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate our Acceptable Use Policy, repeatedly abuse rate limits, engage in illegal activity, or threaten the security of the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court and small claims (under $10,000) may proceed in small claims court.

You agree that disputes are brought in your individual capacity, not as part of a class or representative action.
